Introduction

Christine dedicated nearly two decades to an international sporting career, a journey that began in her teens and spanned across two sports.

The empowering insights drawn from her long and successful career represent uniquely lived experiences that few can match. Christine retired from athletics as a 4-time Olympian with an Olympic Gold, Silver, and 2 Bronze medals.

She was World Champion twice and secured a medal at every World Championship she participated in, a remarkable statistic achieved by only three athletes in history.

Following her retirement from athletics, Christine discovered how these insights are easily transferable to and wholly applicable in all aspects of everyday life, work, school, and relationships.

We’re incredibly grateful for the amazing support from Jules and Jen, parents of ‘Rising Star’ high jumper and NCAA Champion Kimani Jack. 💚

Together, they’ve raised over £2,000 for the Lloyd Cowan Bursary, helping us continue to support the next generation of UK T&F 🇬🇧

Huge thanks to everyone who made our 4th Athletics for All event possible. More than 80 primary school children enjoyed a truly memorable day and, we hope, left inspired to follow in the footsteps of the amazing Olympians who supported the event.
